The minimum amount to invest is £10,000 for 12 months. You can invest more and up to 5 years

Depending on how much you invest and for how long we can offer from 5% upwards
How do I get my investment back?
Simply by providing 90 days notice in writing at the end of your agreed term
What does my investment get used for?
Your investment is used to purchase or develop residential and commercial property which is then managed by our Lettings team
